We stand behind everything we offer at Bella Rugosa. If your order doesn't work out, we want to make the process of returning it as clear and straightforward as possible. Please read through the details below before submitting a request.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Any requests made after this period will unfortunately not be accepted, so please reach out to us as soon as you have a concern.
We only accept returns on items that are brand new and unworn. Your item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included. Items that have been worn, altered, or are missing any original components will not be eligible for a return.
There are no restocking fees applied to any return. However, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. You will be required to arrange and fund your own return postage using a trackable shipping carrier of your choice. Please be aware that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
To begin the return process, send an email to support@bellarugosa.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you'd like to return the item. A member of our team will follow up with a return authorization and step-by-step instructions. Once you have received your authorization, pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided using a trackable service.
After your return arrives, we will inspect the item to verify it is in its original, unused condition. Once approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear on your statement.
